Over 50% of our members have registered for Golden Charter’s Paperless Applications – their straightforward, fast and intuitive system to allow us to process applications.
If you’ve not registered to use their paperless system at mygoldencharter.co.uk, we’d encourage you to do so as it puts us, as independent funeral directors, in a strong position to transition to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulation. The system is being developed to provide us with prompts and checklists to help us meet the FCA’s requirements when selling a plan.
As well as giving us confidence by guiding us through the sales process, the system has updated features including a payment option to allow customers to make secure card payments online.
Paperless Applications drop-in sessions
Once you’ve registered for Paperless Applications, Golden Charter is hosting digital drop-in sessions every Thursday morning at 10am to help us get the most from the service. If you would like to join one of the informal sessions, email email@example.com to request a link to join.
